School LAND Trust Committee

The School LAND Trust Committee is one way we can work together to make schools more successful.  The committee is an advisory body and all actions and plans are overseen by the Governing Board of Directors.  All School LAND Trust Committee meetings are open to the public.  School LAND Trust Committee meetings are posted below one week in advance. Board approval of the School LAND Trust plans will be posted on the Utah Public Notice website at least twenty-four hours in advance. The committee and governing board follow the Rules of Order and Procedure in the Policy Governance Manual.

For the 2019-2020 school year, the tentatively scheduled School LAND Trust and Board Meeting is planned for March 9, 2020 at 7:00 PM in the school library.

Serving on the School LAND Trust Committee is a wonderful opportunity for parents to contribute and help improve school academic programs. The council reviews and prepares other academic plans for our students each year.

School Land Trust Summary

Last year, our school used our school land trust funds to update our technology to better utilize software and programs for differentiating math and reading practice. We also paid for software and professional development for teachers to better analyze student data, use that to drive instruction and improve student outcomes.

For the 2018-2019 school year our school was estimated to receive $52,300 from the School LAND Trust Program.
