Jefferson Academy (JA) offers a secure and convenient electronic Free and Reduced Lunch Application for parents and guardians to apply for school meal benefits. There is no fee for using this application to request benefits.
On the homepage, you can request a username or request password assistance. If you need additional help, please contact the Jefferson Academy office at 801-593-8200.
In order to qualify for meal benefits your household income must be within the limits defined by the USDA Income Eligibility Guidelines.
If you completed an application last year, per federal regulations, that application will be valid for the first thirty (30) school days of the current school year. After this grace period, the free or reduced rate will expire and your student’s lunch will be at the full rate.
The entire application process should take about 15-30 minutes depending on the size of your household and the information you are required to enter. You will only need to complete one application per family.
In most situations, Jefferson Academy will process your application within ten (10) working days of receiving it.

After completing the hard copy registration for a language other than English, you will need to turn it in to the school office. If you need help, please contact the school office.
