STUDENT DATA PRIVACY INFORMATION
Jefferson Academy participates in the Utah Student Data Privacy Alliance (USPA). The USPA is a collaboration of the Utah State Board of Education and Local Education Agencies that share common concerns around student privacy. The goal of the USPA is to set standards of both practice and expectations around student privacy such that all parties involved have a common understanding of expectations.
TEACHER QUALIFICATION INFORMATION
Parents have the right to request and receive information on the qualifications of their child’s teacher. If you have questions or want more information, please contact school administration or refer to the student information system.
Jefferson Academy employs individuals holding LEA-specific educator licenses, license areas, or endorsements in accordance with Utah Admin. Code R277-307-7.

The following levels apply to educator licenses, license areas (i.e. Elementary, Secondary, Special Education), and content endorsements (i.e. Mathematics, Music, Spanish, Social Studies).
